Rehearsals to resume on 12th January
Rehearsals start again on Wednesday 12th January, as always at St Peters Church Hall, 7.45pm start, with Covid precautions in place (including a requirement for a negative lateral flow test). We’ll be returning to the repertoire that we had to abandon at the last minute just before the first lockdown – Stainer’s Crucifixion, Sanders Reproaches, Ingrediente Domino (George Malcolm), Now the green blade riseth ( Simon Lindley), ‘The Preparation’ from Eric Thiman’s The Last Supper, and O vos omnes (Casals). We very much hope that this will lead to a concert at Holy Trinity Church Broadstairs on 2nd April, and that we will be finally be able to welcome the Soloists and Organist who should have performed with us in March 2020.
