Make a New Year’s Resolution to start singing

Singing is a wonderfully satisfying thing to do. Getting to grips with a new choral work and working with friends towards singing it in concert, and then performing it with a full orchestra and professional soloists ranks very high amongst life’s pleasures. Next Wednesday, 9th January, we begin rehearsals for our Spring Concert, Mendelssohn’s oratorio Saint Paul, which has some really super choruses. We can’t wait to get started! If you’ve ever thought about joining a choir now’s your chance – come to Holy Trinity Church, St Mary’s Avenue, Cliftonville nest Wednesday evening and find out what it’s all about. The rehearsal starts at 7.45pm, but get there by 7.30pm so that we can equip you with music and find you someone friendly and supportive to sit with. Or if you’re not a would-be singer make a note of our concert date, 30th March, now – Saint Paul is not performed very often and an enjoyable evening is guaranteed.
