A thoroughly enjoyable evening

Saturday 24th March proved to be a thoroughly enjoyable evening for all concerned. Those singing were thrilled to have done justice to these two lovely settings of the Mass, and the audience was hugely appreciative – the compliments are still coming in! It was especially pleasing to hear that the Chairman of Thanet District Council and her Official Escort described it as ‘a wonderful evening’ and said that they were impressed with the high quality and professional standard of the Choir. We now have just over two weeks to rest on our laurels before starting to tackle the very different music of Lerner and Loewe, Lionel Bart, Lennon and McCartney and Abba when rehearsals start again on 11th April.
